Free Shipping
When your order total is $50 or more, you get free standard shipping! This applies to:

Some very heavy items might have extra shipping costs. We’ll always show you the exact cost before you pay.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to ship to other countries in the future! If you live outside the US and want our products, please email us at noodlemagazined.net@gmail.com, and we’ll try to help.
Tracking Your Order
After you order from us:

- When your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a tracking number

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can ship to PO Boxes using USPS.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you catch it within 1 hour of ordering, yes! Email us right away. After that, the order might be processed and can’t be changed.
What if I’m not home when my package arrives?
For most shipments, the delivery person will leave your package at your door. If a signature is required, they’ll leave a note about redelivery.
Can I rush an order for health reasons?
Absolutely. If you urgently need a health product, call us at (341) 188-0757, and we’ll do our best to expedite your order.
In case an item is unavailable, what happens next?
We’ll contact you right away with options: wait for it to be back in stock, substitute a similar product, or get a refund.

Returns and Shipping
If you need to return a product:
- If you need to return something, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label
- If you’re returning a product, please pack it carefully in the original packaging (if possible).
- Drop off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup
- Once we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
You don’t pay for return shipping if:
- The product arrived damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- The product doesn’t work as described
For returns for other reasons, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
