Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package. You’ll also get updates when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.
Local Pickup
If you live near Newark, New Jersey, you can choose to pick up your order in person. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout and wait for our email saying your order is ready.
How We Pack Your Order
We take extra care in packing health products. Creams and liquids are sealed, glass bottles are padded, and items that can be affected by temperature are packed safely, especially in hot weather.

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us right away. We’ll fix the problem as fast as possible. If a package is lost or stolen and your order is over $75, it’s covered by our free shipping insurance.
